Dr. Fawad H. Rizvi is an anesthesiologist with fellowship training and board certification in interventional pain management.

He completed his undergraduate degree from the University of Michigan, then earned his medical degree from Des Moines University. His doctorate in osteopathic medicine equipped him with a broad understanding of musculoskeletal health. Dr. Rizvi’s education served as a strong foundation for his residency and fellowship training at The Western Pennsylvania Hospital in Pittsburgh, PA.
 

Dr. Rizvi is focused on advanced, non-surgical treatments for low back pain, neck pain, neuropathic pain and more. He prioritizes his patients’ concerns and individualizes treatment plans to lessen the burden of chronic pain and improve quality of life.
